Buying shelf pushers through your procurement system

Shelf pushers are indirect spend (GNFR) for most chains. We fit into the way your procurement team already buys: your vendor forms, your purchase orders, your invoice channel.

How an order works

  1. QuoteUSD quote per store area or per store format, with POS Tuning item numbers, quantities, minimums and unit prices. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
  2. Vendor setupWe are a registered supplier on SAP Business Network. We complete your supplier onboarding forms and your portal registration when you invite us.
  3. Purchase orderSend the PO by email or through your supplier portal. We confirm it in writing.
  4. Payment & productionPayment terms are confirmed on each quote. We usually place the order within 3 business days of receiving payment.
  5. Delivery & invoiceDelivery to your stores or DC across the USA and Canada. The invoice goes to your accounts-payable channel and references your PO number.

Catalog and product data

  • Catalog file (CSV, or your template) with item numbers, descriptions, unit of measure, minimums, USD prices and lead time — ready for your buying system within 3 business days.
  • Product pages in plain markdown and an open spring-force calculator, so your planners and tools can read specs without a sales call.
  • Using punchout (cXML or OCI) on SAP Ariba, Coupa or another platform? Tell us your platform and we will scope it with you.
